About

Lineage is a postcard collection honoring women whose courage became infrastructure—builders of freedom, culture, education, and civic life whose names are too often treated like footnotes. We curate lesser-known figures with care, translating research into a design-forward artifact you can hold, gift, and share. Each card is created to feel like a small exhibit: a striking front, a grounding layer of context, and a message on the reverse written in the subject’s spirit—intimate, forward-facing, and made for the present moment. Lineage is part of Roots & Ties: Past, Present & Becoming—where legacy isn’t distant history, it’s a living inheritance.

Our Mission

To restore women to the center of the story—through research-led postcards that make history feel personal, collectible, and shareable. We exist to honor the first movers: the women who stepped forward without permission, built without recognition, and made “possible” real—so the next generation can inherit not only their names, but their courage.

What We Do

We create curated postcard sets that turn overlooked history into a modern, giftable artifact.Research-led curation
We select women whose impact is real and documented, then distill their legacy into clear, accessible context.
Museum-feel design
Every set is designed as a cohesive collection—clean, intentional, and made to feel archival and premium.
A message in their spirit
